Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@cassiahome.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Please contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
