All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $19.99 CAD
Free Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders $75.00 CAD and up

United States Shipping
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $14.99 CAD
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99 CAD
Free Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders $100.00 CAD and up

International Orders
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Cassia Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. If your package is lost, please contact us at support@cassiahome.ca within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
